Who Qualifies
Select apartments at The Sully are available for households earning up to 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI), based on household size.
To qualify:
- Your total household income must fall within the maximum limits established by Fairfax County
- Income eligibility is based on the number of occupants in your household
- All applicants will complete an income verification process as part of the application

For 80% AMI, the 2025 maximum household incomes are listed below.

- 2 People: $104,900
- 3 People: $118,000
- 4 People: $131,100
